The Blue Monday space
Blue Monday is located in a historic limestone building overlooking the Grand River in Cambridge, Ontario. The space was chosen intentionally to feel calm, grounded, and human. Many people tell me it feels like a place where they can relax and be themselves.
Whether we meet in person or online, my hope is that our work together feels like a space where you are taken seriously, treated gently, and supported in becoming more fully yourself.
